Delete your account

Takes about a minute. Cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open FacilStudy and go to the More tab.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@facilstudy.com from the address on your account. We will confirm within 5 working days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, subjects, notes, photos, study packs, flashcards, quiz history, progress and tutor conversations.
• Any study partner links.
• Your push notification token.

Files are removed immediately and the rest within 30 days. We keep an anonymised record that a deletion happened, plus aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings before you delete, or it may renew.
